I’m not typically one to write a review but my experience today was so atrocious that I feel as if I have to. I had spoken to three employees on Friday about a TSB (all of whom were very polite and helpful) today was so atrocious that I feel as if I have to. I had spoken to three employees on Friday about a TSB (all of whom were very polite and helpful) and they reviewed my situation and assured me it would be handled with ease on Monday. Fast forward to today - I brought my Jeep in first thing in the morning and was sent to Mike, a service department worker, to be assisted. I explained the situation to him, how I had spoken with three other employees before the weekend and how we planned to approach it. Mike was not amused. A seemingly good morning quickly turned absolutely horrible. Mike instantly was very snippy and angry and couldn’t get a sentence out without attitude. I felt as if I was being talked to as a five year old. I provided him with the names of the people whom I spoke with a few days prior and he told me that that was “great” but didn’t matter and that if I couldn’t definitively tell him what was wrong, I would “get my car back the exact same way I brought it in.” Mind you, I told him approximately ten times that the steering felt loose and wobbly and there was a TSB to replace the steering box for this exact reason - apparently that wasn’t a good enough answer. He then asked me in a sarcastic remark if I wanted him to write “the steering is loose” on his iPad.. YES I obviously want you to write that, I just told you that ten times. He treated me like an idiot whenever I spoke and each time he responded, he raised his voice. He became so intense and disrespectful that I nearly started crying inside of the dealership and did start crying afterwards. Never in my life have I ever been talked down to with such a lack of respect. There was no need for his behavior. I am disgusted beyond words with my experience today with this service center. More

This was my first time at East Hills Dodge and I couldn’t be more pleased with the Service that I received. From the moment I got there I was met with professionalism from the service greeter to my service a be more pleased with the Service that I received. From the moment I got there I was met with professionalism from the service greeter to my service advisor Mike Pierleoni. Mike went over with me the maintenance schedule for my vehicle that was past due and I addressed to him some of my concerns with the vehicle and he gave me a reasonable wait time and made sure that all the work was done to my expectations. East Hills Dodge made a good first impression on me but that’s due to the experienced and professional staff that represent this establishment. Thank you Mike! More
