TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION, I WAS TURNED OVER TO THE BUSINESS MANAGER , ARNIE PRICE. ARNIE PAINLESSLY PUT THE FINISHING TOUCHES ON THE DEAL AND I WAS OUT THE DOOR. THREE WEEKS LATER, I NOTICED A SMALL PROBLEM WITH MY RADIO. I UNANNOUNCED , SHOWED UP AT THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I WAS GREETED BY ROGER WITH THE SAME ENTHUSIASM AS I WAS THE DAY I MADE MY PURCHASE. WITHIN TEN MINUTES, MY CAR WAS IN THE HANDS OF MICHAEL CARTELLI, "SERVICE ADVISOR' , AND I WAS ON MY WAY TO IMMEDIATE SATISFACTION. MICHAEL AND HIS TEAM DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE AND DETERMINED THAT THE RADIO WAS DEFECTIVE. HE ORDERED A NEW UNIT FOR MY PATRIOT AND HE WILL CONTACT ME IN ACOUPLE OF DAYS TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. MICHAEL CARTELLI'S PROFESSIONALISM AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE FITS RIGHT IN WITH THE REST OF THE TEAM AT EAST HILLS. I had gone in a few months ago when I thought I was initially ready to purchase my vehicle and met with salesman Greg Leonardo. I have had many interactions with dealerships over the past year or so, and most were apathetic to the sale. Greg was attentive, addressed my concerns and questions, and helped to create a pressure free experience. Well that left a lasting impression and I returned last week to purchase the vehicle from them. The model and package wasnt immediately available but Greg and Manager Steve DeCotto, put the effort forth to find a vehicle that would suit my needs.
