Mr. Evanson turned my dreeded search into pleasure. He made me feel like i was his brother and i was looking to buy a new car. At no time did i ever feel uneasy or discomfort dealing with him. I called the East Hills Chevrolet Dealership in Douglaston, but I reached the Roslyn location and first spoke to Graham. I told him that I was looking for a brand new Inferno Orange Metallic Chevy Douglaston, but I reached the Roslyn location and first spoke to Graham. I told him that I was looking for a brand new Inferno Orange Metallic Chevy Sonic LTZ. He said that there was a Sonic LT in there lot that I should come and see, and I agreed. My husband, Jim, called and spoke with Graham and found out that the Sonic LT was actually previously owned but had only 5,000 miles on it and was in perfect condition. When I found out that the car was used I was not thrilled but Graham said that it would behoove me to come and take a look at it. At first I wasn't interested but then decided to see it that night. That is when we met Flavio Cepeda. He was very welcoming, friendly and also very informative. He took us out for a long test drive. He did not rush us at all. We really liked the car and how it felt on the road, but we still wanted to think about it, since some of its features were customized by the previous owner. The car was in perfect condition, but I wanted to see a new Sonic LTZ, just to compare and be able to decide. A few days later I received a call from Dennis Clarke in the "used car" division at Chevy. He wanted to know if I made a decision yet. I said that I had to see a brand new LT or LTZ first. Dennis said he would see what he could do. A day or so later I spoke with Dennis again and he said that Flavio located a new orange Sonic and drove to another dealership to get it so that I could see both cars together. We were very impressed with how accommodating Flavio and all the sales consultants were. When we went to see both cars, we met Wayne who was also very friendly. He brought both cars together, face to face, so that I could compare them. Although it was late in the evening, Wayne did not rush us at all. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. I have to say, I was surprised that no one was pushing us to buy the brand new LTZ. They all just wanted me to pick the car that was right for me, in fact everyone seemed to like the features of the used Sonic LT. Lastly, we met David, in the finance department, and he was also very helpful, not at all pushy. He made suggestions but accepted what we decided without any tension whatsoever. Once I made my decision Flavio took the time to set up the Bluetooth and show us all the features inside the car. We are very happy thanks to everyone that made our experience a pleasure at East Hills Chevy on Northern Blvd in Roslyn. More

Alex was wonderful and took me for a test drive and explained some of the differences between my new Malibu and the older Malibu. He also connected me with OnStar and blue tooth. He was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. He send me follow-up emails to see if I was satisfied with the service. (Which I am). The Easthills Roslyn team was very informative and explained things so we could understand it. They made us feel as if they had our best interest in mind when discussing our options.
