Eric was well spoken, professional and very knowledgable of your product. He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt like we were being misled or pressured. We did not experience the "bait and switch" tactics that we had experienced at other dealerships. We explained to Eric that our purchase was out of necessity due to hardships in the family rather than a luxury purchase and he put together a deal that could fit our budget and work for us. We were able to get our car quickly. We were very grateful for this. We had a great experience with Eric. He is definitely an asset to your company. Everyone else that we encountered at the dealership was also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this dealership and we will be back in the future. I have been leasing cars for last 23 years and that dept. in general usually puts unnecessary pressures to buy more things and coverages. I am very pleased with his dealings.
