Drew Hannon is a Saint My grandmother is a lovely person but very difficult to work with. This is a woman who, upon being informed that the car we were interested comes with My grandmother is a lovely person but very difficult to work with. This is a woman who, upon being informed that the car we were interested comes with 10 airbags, requested that 6 of them be removed because she "only needs 4". Drew Hannon handled this and every other idiosyncratic comment and issue remarkably well. He *literally* has the patience of a saint. He wasn't pushy, was very well-informed about the dealership's products, and took pains to educate us about the vehicle we were interested in politely and respectfully. Post-purchase, he was diligent RE customer follow-up and even fielded some questions I had about going into auto sales. I would unreservedly recommend Drew (and this dealership) for those looking at Chevy and GM products. -Sam More
