Mike Columbel is excellent I stopped in to Paul Conte a while back researching used Tahoes or Suburbans. I met Mike Columbel in the used car department and found him to be pleasant and knowledgeable. He gave me some prices, knowing I was in the research phase. After that he called a couple of times to let me know there were specific sales. It was not overbearing or pestering, it was just enough. I went back in when I had finished research and he put me in a great Tahoe and a great price. Mike really knows his vehicles and listened carefully to my wants and I thought that was very important and something that I hadn't received in other places. He spent a lot of time with me and I ended up buying a much newer car than I had intended. That's because Mike listened and repeated what I had said and when he weighed the pros of a newer car for me, he was absolutely right! In our society today, many people have stopped listening and miss the art of face to face to communication. Mike however has it down and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I'd also like to compliment Joe the Used Car Manager and Ken in Finance. Both of these gentlemen were very helpful and are an asset to Paul Conte Chevrolet, as is Mike.
