Why can't every car buying experience be like this? My wife and I had been looking at other GM products before we decided to come back to Chevy to see what they could offer (GMC Terrain, which was not a My wife and I had been looking at other GM products before we decided to come back to Chevy to see what they could offer (GMC Terrain, which was not an interesting choice but was at our price point, and the Buick Encore, which was nice to look at and was nicely equipped, but was just too tiny for our family car). Andrew Pilch was the kind of salesman that we like to deal with, no games back and forth, no hidden agendas. He listened to what we wanted and how we wound up back at Chevy, looking at the 2016 Equinox to replace the 2013 Equinox we are coming out of. As we were ready to accept that we couldn't afford the car, the manager gives us a number that we couldn't ignore. We knew this was a good deal and exactly what we were shopping for :) We are very happy with the car and the payment, but mostly with the seemingly painless and easy deal as a whole! We never look forward to car shopping, as most salesmen in the jungle land of dealers always seem to try confusing or intimidating you, which always winds up with us walking out angry at the way we were treated, and disappointed and frustrated at the thought of having to do it again! At the end of our next lease, we will be stopping by Paul Conte Chevrolet first, without trepidation and fully expecting the same pleasant experience that this transaction produced! This was the best experience Has a customer I have ever had. I am giving this rating because of the customer service me and my wife experienced. It was my wife first car.. we was visiting another dealer when I I am giving this rating because of the customer service me and my wife experienced. It was my wife first car.. we was visiting another dealer when I felt they were pressuring her to go into a car that she wasn't happy about..I basically told her to talk away from that deal..as we were walking we came across the the Chevrolet dealer she was reluctant to go in because of her credit score. we walked in and was greeted with such welcoming and friendship. After we filled out the forms we met this wonderful lady from finance Named Cathy she was so amazing she helped us with our every need. Then we had Joey who toked his time to show us around the different car I thank him for all his patience.We also met Julio who helped us out with the other fine detail of shopping for a car. put it this way it was like the whole dealership was trying to help us out.. He even called me the next day to see how I liked the car. He also told me that if I needed any more help understanding how to use the radio, Bluetooth, etc to drop by the dealer and he would gladly show me. I would recommend this gentleman and the car dealership he works for to anyone. Arthur's funky style made it more fun. My husband and I are couldn't be happier with his service. More
