He also helped us by making us as comfortable as possible as we went through the car buying process. Two days later we made the purchase, however, since the car was bought used, we had to bring it back for some things, but Mike Marrazzo, the sales manager there, kindly and patiently addressed our concerns making the whole experience great! Frankly, I have never experienced such sincere and genuine attention to customer service by any retailor or store quite the way Mr. Marrazzo showed it that day. I was impressed and convinced that we came to the right place to buy our next car! Soon after that, the vehicle was dropped off for service and a loaner was provided for our convenience. Purchasing an automobile is quite nerve racking in of itself. However, as soon as Rob Amendola greeted us - all of my previous misconceptions about car dealerships were erased. We (my wife & I) were not rushed nor guilted into a making a decision whatsoever. Mind you, we didn’t make a decision that moment. Nonetheless, the lines of communication were still “let me kn ow what you decide”. After the decisions to proceed with the purchase, the finical process was next where the rubber meets the road as it relates to bottom line and total cost of ownership. Again, we were pleasantly surprised with the level of serve Michael Marrazzo provided. There’re aren’t many individuals that can make committing to a long term financial comment less excruciating. Michael eased the process and made it predominately about us understanding what were agreeing to contrary to scurrying through the process.
