I went to trade in my Maxima to purchase a new Malibu.I was verbally told they were giving me $10,000 for the Maxima which was fine. Upon inspection of the lease documents, I saw they had only given me $8, was verbally told they were giving me $10,000 for the Maxima which was fine. Upon inspection of the lease documents, I saw they had only given me $8,000. No explanation was given other than it was a "misunderstanding." I refused to take delivery of the vehicle and was given a refund. In addition, the lease was supposed to be for 15,000 miles/year but the agreement stated it was 12,000 miles/year. Be careful at this dealership! Double check all paperwork!!! More
