This was THEE BEST car buying experience ever. I was sent to the service department with my previously owned vehicle which was giving me trouble after buying it 2 months ago from a different dealership. They found the problem right away and also found other things that were wrong with the vehicle. After service fixing the issue, I spoke with Andrew Pilch who was helpful and understanding right from the very start. I have never ever received this much customer service from a car dealership. Both treated me and my father like family. They got me into a reliable and economical car right away. My vehicle, which was my first car was stolen. This incident led me to come in Paul Conte Chevrolet. I met Mike last week and I let him know right away what I wanted and what I didn't want, and how mu incident led me to come in Paul Conte Chevrolet. I like to drive standard and most of what they had on the lot were automatic. Mike took it upon himself to get me what I wanted including the color I wanted at a price I could afford. Although I hated the wait, when I saw my car i was glad they took the time to clean it up before handing me the keys. Mike, I appreciate what you did and thank you for being kind and for putting up with me seeing how I have not bought a car in such a very long time. Oh and you guys really need to update the forms we consumers have to fill out. You can tell they've been copied a thousand times over. Not very professional. The perks that come with the car more than make up for it. Overall, my experience was a 4.9. As for my car....I LOVE IT!!! More

Ari's enthusiasm for the car's mechanics was infectious and his computer knowledge tremendous. He assisted me in setting up OnStar and Bluetooth. The Manager was friendly and understanding. He also was a great conversationalist. He knew my neighborhood and recommended one of the ''swankiest eatery." The other sales men seemed friendly also.
