I made a appointment waited a week then towed the car in which cost $100 the Svc mgr told the tow drive to put it back on the truck he is not going to work on it. I found the vehicle I ultimately purchased online, so I went to Paul Conte Chevrolet knowing exactly what I wanted. When we pulled up Andres Naranjo was walking back in from the lot. He simply asked if I went to Paul Conte Chevrolet knowing exactly what I wanted. When we pulled up Andres Naranjo was walking back in from the lot. He simply asked if I needed help, and I told him which used car I wanted to purchase. There were two cars I wanted to see, one of which was already sold. Andres took me to the car and answered all of my questions. Never once did he try to steer me towards a different car or suggest that I buy a new car. He stayed on focus to what I was interested in. I shared my concerns, and any questions I had were answered in a very satisfactory manner. He took me inside where we began all of the paperwork. He was very calm and laid back, unlike many auto salespeople I have dealt with in the past. I had some personal issues to overcome, and Andres was extremely upbeat and supportive, and I honestly believe that he went the "extra mile" for me. My loan was approved and three days later I picked up my car. It was one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences I have ever had. I will return to this dealership again, and I will most certainly recommend it to my friends and family. More

The moment we went to this dealership it was a great experience. To Andres greeting us, sitting us down, listening to what we wanted and helping us find the car we wanted within our budget. Andres made us feel comfortable, we never felt pressured or rushed to accept a deal. After we came to agreement as to the cost and model he showed us the car and we really didn't like the color, if we would have accepted the color it would have been because we settled. However he saw that something was wrong and we told him our concern about the color. He didn't say, well this is it, you have to settle with it. He looked at us and said let me see what I can do and make a couple of calls. After a few minutes he came back and gave us two color options of cars that were located at different location. He gave us a test drive, making sure this was the car for us, as we never leased a Chevy before. He spent so much time with us, called us a couple of times to give us the status and make sure that we were comfortable with everything. We called him last minute, maybe about and hour or so before closing, asking him if we could pick of the car. He said the car was there but not ready to be picked up. Again, he said let me see what I can do, called us back and said that if were coming now, he would have everything ready. When we got there, he stayed late with us as we watched everyone leave, to make sure all the paper work was completed. He even took our old lease car and said, he would return it for us. He then went out to the car, setup our Bluetooth, showed us every button on the car, what it does. He didn't have too, but he just went the extra mile. We then spoke to the manager and he was very nice, asked us if everything was good, if we had any questions and thanked us for our business. We visited several dealerships shopping for cars, and the professionalism, courtesy and customer service that was provided by Paul Conte was above any place that we went. And after going from dealership to dealership, like I said, as soon as we walked in the door and Andres greeted us, it was a totally different experience. We would like to thank Andres Naranjo and Paul Conte for getting us the car and price we wanted and making the experience a great one. More
