When A Routine Oil Change Becomes A Trade In On Saturday 1/14/2017, I stopped by East Hill Chevy for a routine oil change. During my wait, I was encouraged by Charles Robertson to shop around the On Saturday 1/14/2017, I stopped by East Hill Chevy for a routine oil change. During my wait, I was encouraged by Charles Robertson to shop around the show room to see what else was available. Personally in the future I planned on upgrading my Chevy Malibu to something a little bigger with more room. Both Charles and Rob were able to find me something that I liked which also stayed within my budget and price range. This is my second car from East Hill Chevy, I would recommend anyone who's looking to purchase to come see Charles if you want that GREAT customer service experience... These guys are the best. Return of Chevy Cruze at end of lease - Very Pleasant I returned an inexpensive automobile today that was at the end of the lease. The process was painless, very pleasant, and Juan took care of all the details in a very timely fashion. When I told him that I had no way to return home, other than to call a taxi, he volunteered to drive me home (short 8 minute drive.) This was service beyond what was required, and delivered very pleasant fashion. I would certainly recommend dealing with Juan for your needs at East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston. This car belonged to my elderly mother, whom I should add was also always well treated by the service department. More

great Service at East hills Chevrolet I had a minor, but annoying, warranty issue with my 2015 Impala. When I called East Hills Chevy, my call was handled in an efficient professional mann I had a minor, but annoying, warranty issue with my 2015 Impala. When I called East Hills Chevy, my call was handled in an efficient professional manner. The receptionist asked a few quick questions and set my appointment, without putting me on hold. When I arrived for my appointment, my Service Adviser, Andre, was polite, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. After a short wait in the customer lounge, Andre came and advised me that the work on my car would take several hours, and that he had arranged for a valet to drive me to my office, and that they would pick me up and bring me back, when my car was ready. Everybody that I encountered at East Hills, from the receptionist, to the Service staff, to the Valet drivers was friendly, and pleasant. It was my first experience with East Hills Chevy, but I'll be back whenever I need service, and when it's time to lease my next Chevy. Thank you More

Excellent Service I dropped off my Equinox before business hours using the key drop box. I specified that i needed to pick up the car by a certain time. Amazing help Molly and Keith were extremely helpful. I've been to the forest hills Chevy location, and they were always rude and slow moving. I came to this locati Molly and Keith were extremely helpful. I've been to the forest hills Chevy location, and they were always rude and slow moving. I came to this location to get better results hopefully, and I sure did get what I wanted. Keith took me right in and filled my paperwork quickly. Then Molly came out and helped me get my stuff from my car to put into the rental. She didn't have to but she was very kind to. I knew she was a sales woman, and if I didn't already have a Chevy, I would have totally bought a car from her. I feel like they should both be acknowledged for their great work and amazing customer service skills. More
