Dear Hadoel, You purchased your Corvette from a dealer in Florida. You had your Corvette transported from Florida to New York. You claimed to us you thought the towing provider may have damaged your vehicle in some way. We had our Corvette technician diagnose your vehicle – ahead of our VIP customers who bought their vehicles from us -- and he found your vehicle to be operating as the manufacturer designed it. Your private mechanic called us and suggested it was the ‘ball joint’ that was the problem – without having even looked at your car. We don’t know where the mechanic is located; although, he has a “201” area code. We had already checked the ball joint; but, to satisfy you, we checked it again. We found nothing. I’m told the apology was from our technician who apologized for finding nothing wrong with your vehicle. As far as a misdiagnosis, is that your opinion or the opinion of your private mechanic or someone else? You came into our service center and you yelled at our employees, calling them disparaging names and creating a disturbance in our store. You told us you are in the business of putting other companies out of business by destroying their reputations online. You said you would do that to us. You told us it was a threat. Your comments are slanderous. Like you, we have communicated our findings and our experience with you to General Motors.
