I walked into two car dealerships on the day I purchased my new Jeep. They ignored me standing at the customer booth for over 10min and took there time servicing my request. This was the third time I worked with Joyce Gold on getting a car. I had two previous leases, and this time I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease a new car or if I wanted to buy out my lease with the car getting a car. I was very indecisive, but Joyce did not pressure me. She showed me the new cars, and she worked out the costs for me (after hearing my financial preferences) for both the lease and the buy-out. She attended to me patiently. Although I know that she would obviously rather have had me do a lease on a new car, she did not influence my decision, but let the decision be mine. I will definitely go back to Joyce and East Hills when the time comes for me to trade in my current car.
