As soon as I walked into the dealership Bob greeted me and made me feel comfortable. We discussed the car, and although Cyber Gray isn't easy to come by, Bob kept his word and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He didn't even push me into getting a more accesible black Camaro just to make the sale, like a lot of other sales people often do. I had a great experience, an honest price and my brand new dream car. More

The overall experience was good and the salespeople were accomodating and honest. The "put $500 down on the car" to hold it for a week promise, an old sales trick, was a little pushy but understandable cons accomodating and honest. My wife was looking for a very competitive offer on a new Chevy Impala. The lease on the 2011 Impalas are not competitive this year. That made us happy as we are loyal GM customers since 1985! Dan and John worked to give the "bells and whistles" my wife was looking for if she were going to lease a Malibu. The outcome was a surprise in that the Malbu quoted had what she was looking for and a little more to sway her away from the competition. Former Bay Chevrolet, great dealership! I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the salesperson was. Lease was up on my BMW, heard American cars are reliable and now (sadly) on par with imports i impressed with how knowledgeable the salesperson was. Parking in the back on the property was nice considering Northern Blvd was crazy. Looks disorganized from the outside but they are currently renovating I was told, and would be finished by the summer. The salesman's name was Ari Nathan, young but knows his trade. John Frantzis tork, and the GM ok care of the paperwocame over to personally congratulate me (even though they were busy). Felt comfortable, ate at Aegea after (which I highly recommend, amazing Gyro, authentic Greek). Traffic sucked leaving during rush hour (6pm) but that's Bloomburgs NYC for you. Way better (and nicer people) than Atlantic Chevrolet, and the GM gave me free oil changes too (which means getting it done OUTSIDE OF RUSH HOUR). More
