My experience leasing my new car was a first for me and it was a pleasure. Everything was taken care of by the employee(s) who helped me, and they answered all of the questions that I had. They were all professional and wanted to make my experience as positive and smooth as possible. They succeeded and I am very happy with my car and the follow up calls from John Curlander to make sure everything is going well and that there are no problems or concerns. I was treating like a family member; everyone genuinely cares about the customer. I would definitely recommend East Hills Chevrolet. More
This place is smoking mirrors. So as I started my car search I set my sights on the Acura TSX. I spent almost a month reviewing through every possible car in the tri-state area. These searches lead me to search I set my sights on the Acura TSX. I spent almost a month reviewing through every possible car in the tri-state area. These searches lead me to East Hills Chevy. I was introduced to Joe who was helpful at first and I guess he earned my trust. I was a bit apprehensive about buying an Acura from a non-certified dealer and he had assured me that dealers use those terms to make more money and that east Hills Chevy had a similar certification process. Once it came down to financing all the games started. Prior to coming to the dealership I had asked him what rate I would be getting and he said that it was something he did not know and that I would need to talk to their department (that to me was a bit sketchy). Regardless I went over. I was there for about 4 hours before their finance team took care of me. As I waited I kept asking Joe about the rate and he proceeded to tell me that I would definitely get something competitive since I had a good credit score. I sit down and get inundated with forms and signatures and then finally they tell me that I am getting a 7% rate with valley National (Which is about 3.5% hire than what I was approved). Also, Valley National as a bank is a complete Joke. Alright, so it was a lesson well learned on my end but it did not stop there. About 3 weeks later I took my car over to a nearby dealership due to a ticking noise that I heard on the right side. The dealership did a diagnosis for free and told me that my rear brake pads and rotors were pretty worn (FYI - This is on a 2009 car with 26000 miles - almost impossible). After quoting me about $500+ for everything I was so aggravated that I called Joe and I explained the situation. Almost immediately he says that they were trying to take advantage of me without asking me about any technical details. After I told him that I felt that he was being unreasonable he tells me to bring my car in. After another 2 hours of watching my car on a lift with no one in sight - the mechanic brings it down to go on a test drive (figured they would started with that...anyway). He then puts in back on the lift for another 2 hours and then tells me that they can't order the Acura part since its too late. I insisted that I needed a loaner since I needed to have this done. The car that they gave me (please remember that this is a dealership) was a HHC that had terrible brakes (car rattled every time I tried to stop), gas tank with less than quarter tank of gas, a wad of paper towels stuffed in the cup holder, food crumbs and stains all over the seats - just disgusting. I bit my tongue and drove on. The next day I comeback to see my car still on the lift and the guy replaced the brake pads (with after market parts) and resurfaced the rotors. About an hour and a half later he gets it done and we do a test drive. Let’s just say that it felt better but far from perfect. You might feel like you are saving a few bucks at first but if you are looking for great service, a dealership that stands by their cars and also a place that allows you to find competitive finance rates save yourself a few headaches, $$ and cliché car salesmen. I leased a chevy cruze and they were very helpful. Received the new car in a week. Love the car. Showed me the color options, broke down the fees to make it easy to understand. Price was reasonable. Yes, they are sooo nice when you purchase a car, but if there is a problem, look out. They are horrible and rude when you need help, if you are a female it is worse. I would never recommend this dealer u there is a problem, look out. They are horrible and rude when you need help, if you are a female it is worse. I would never recommend this dealer unless you are leaving the state. Still waiting for someone to contact me, guess it will never happen. Actually I want my money they owe me, calls are not necessary. More

We got a great deal on a 2010 Tahoe. Once the financing was worked out, we went to pick up the car and again JP was very helpful and he went over the features of the car in detail. Since we picked up the car, he has followed up with us, to check how things are going. The Finace department was very helpful too. Michael took the time to explain and go over the details and the many questions my husband had. We walked away very satisfied with our purchase and the treatment at East Hill and its staff was great. Thanks!! More
