The Used Sales Manager, he told me exactly what my 2009 Traverse was going to be worth on an estimated guess he was a little off but nothing to crazy to be concerned about, because another dealership offered A WHOLE LOT LESS with out the problem. Joe B. then introduced me to one of his sales reps, Erik M. With Erik he did not give me a sales pitch he showed me the car, he was more of an expert tour guide than a sales representative who by the way went above and beyond and picked up my mom from work and drove her to the dealership. The Financial Director Jason was straight forward and told me the things i needed on my car for the warranty as well as. All in all this Team from the First phone call to the drive off of the Newer Vehicle was more than just an experience, I believe it was a journey well worth taking.
