This dealer totally screwed me. I puchased a vehicle for business purposes. Even had the financing and title in my business name and the sales man Juan knew I was trading in my truck for business. I instructed the salesman Juan NOT to put a license plate on the vehicle because I needed special plates. They busted my balls to get the sale in before May 30th so I went out of my way to appease them. They put a regular plate on the car anyway and when I inquired about why they told me I could go to DMV the next day and change it. Assuming they did all the DMV paoerwork correctly and were honest but that was a big lie. I visited the DMV three times wasted my time and money because of their lies. They kept saying they did the DMV work but they did not so I could not use this vehicle for business for several weeks. everytime I inquired they lied and said the title would be there the next day Robert the manager even said they would do express service on the title. He is the worst lier of the bunch! I ended up callin Albany myself after seven weeks and they told me they had not recieved the paperwork until June 13th almost two weeks after my puchase so when I asked Juan on June 5th about the paperwork he could have easily pulled it out and sent a local person to the DVM but they didnt give a crap they just lied their way until they couldn't lie anymore. The DMV told me my title would not be issued until September almost three months after the sale. I have NEVER had such a hard time with any dealership in this way I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! I cant believe they have any good reviews on here they seem shady. More
We purchased our new Tahoe at the East Hills in Roslyn, N.Y. Worked with Drew Hannon and he found us the exact car we wanted and didn't try to up sell. Overall the experience of buying/leasing can be very time consuming and we all want to feel like you are getting a fair deal, well WE DID!! I was recently involved in a auto accident. I was afraid to drive. Bob Federico from East Hills Chevrolet in Roslyn, NY talked me into going down to the dealership. There I met Andres Naranjo. He was SO nice and understanding about my fear of driving and buying another vehicle. He showed me both new and used vehicles. He took me for a test drive. At first I made him drive. As I felt more comfortable I drove. We talked about buying new or used. With the help of Andres we chose a used Trail Blazer with low milege. The day I picked it up, the truck was spotless. I loved how clean it looked. I brought my son who is a mechanic with me. He tried to find something wrong with it but could not. It had a new air filter, new tires, new braked. I cant thank Andres and Bob for all they did. I recommend this dealership to all!! More

I called to get information on a car (Suburban) that I saw on a multi-listing site for this dealer. The salesman that answered (Carlos G.) was very professional, friendly and interested in working with me saw on a multi-listing site for this dealer. The salesman that answered (Carlos G.) was very professional, friendly and interested in working with me from the beginning. He patiently answering my multitude of questions. The price was a very important part of my purchase - I had a number I wanted to stay within. When I asked Carlos if he was able to work with me on the pricing, he bumped up the conversation to the Used Car Manager - Victor. Victor was as accommodating as he could be from the first request onwards. He worked very hard to get me to where I wanted to be price was. I ended up waiting too long and the car we initially talked about was sold. My loss, it was a good deal and I shouldn't have waited. They (Carlos & Victor)were however in touch with me during the following days to keep me updated on new stock that was coming in. They also had no problems taking my numerous calls into them or returning calls to my messages, inquiring about their updated inventory details. The dealership got a unexpected car in, it was exactly what I was searching for. They contacted me and said to come in if I could, or the car wouldn't last long. I went in right away. The price was a bit more than I wanted to spend, they again worked with me to the point of showing me what they actually paid for the car. This was unbelievable to me! This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a car purchase! These guys are honest, respectful, professional and were a pleasure to work with from the first phone call to final details. They had nothing to hide, no unexpected fee's, made up terms...NOTHING! They even insisted that I see and take a CarFax before accepting the car. IF YOU DON'T AT LEAST GIVE THEM A LOOK WHEN YOU ARE SHOPPING, YOU ARE MAKING A MISTAKE. ASK FOR CARLOS OR VICTOR!! More
i bought my car here because not only was the dealership close to where I live, I liked the salesman, Juan Nadal very much. He isn't your typical pushy, lying car salesman type. He helped me get the car that I wanted at a fair price and i found him easy to work with. The last time I bought a car it was traumatizing. This time it was easy and I am happy with the experience.
