Bob Poulos is terrific. He is in the sales department, however when I called the service department because I was late and going to be there after they closed, no one picked up. I will go into the service department now and get your keys to make sure that you can pick up your car no matter what time you get here. We close at 9, but if you're going to be later than that, just call me and let me know, I'll wait for you." Are you kidding me? I haven NEVER dealt with anyone at a car dealership, in service or sales, who was more professional or willing to go out of their way.
