East Hills by far has been the best Chevy Dealership that I have dealt with. From the beginning we called and spoke to Wayne Dworkin. He has been friendly and patient with all our questions. The first time we came in to the dealership to look at a car for my wife, I left the lot the same day with a new car. Wayne and Andres were more than helpful, and helped me get out of a car that was ok, and put me into a 2012 Traverse, with a good payment, and a decent trade-in value for my car. On 8/31/12 we went in to see Wayne about getting my wife's car. On 9/1 we took delivery of a 2012 Cruze, at a decent monthly payment. Wayne and Scott Mane were more than helpful with closing out the deal. For anyone looking to get a Chevy, they should definitely consider East Hills. P.S. This dealership has a great auto rewards program when u purchase or lease a vehicle from them, 7 dollar oil changes and free state inspections for the life of the car. This is a great program. More

Bob Schwarz was highly professional, efficient, and promised then delivered exactly what I wanted. I wanted a particular vehicle and color, and I was not steered into purchasing something else. Bob listened to what I wanted and had the exact car I wanted in several days as promised. Then the finance guy developed a finance package where I pay less than I expected. For the sake of keeping this short, I must say, Bob Schwarz coordinated the best experience purchasing a car I have every had ( this is about the 5th car thus far). East Hills Chevy is a place where honesty, integrity, effiency, smiles, and making customers happy is achieved. For most people the purchase of a vehicle is a pretty big step so, it is imperative that you go to an excellent dealership team. I wish I had the luxury of reading dealership reviews but did know they existed until now. More
Salesman Carlos was great. However the WORST WORST WORST experience came from when we were ready to finance the vehicle. My dad who has a credit score that's above average (Tier 1) was told that he is enti experience came from when we were ready to finance the vehicle. My dad who has a credit score that's above average (Tier 1) was told that he is entitled for an interest rate of 4.44%. We didn't agree with this APR, especially when he was able to finance his SUV in the past at a interest rate of 0%. We would have agreed with 4.44% if his credit score was average or below average. We told the person who was responsible for the financing dept. that we don't agree. Then he asked us what interest rate are we looking for? I answered him back saying somewhere between 1.5% to 2.0% and then he told us straight up to go get our deposit back from our salesman because such interest rate is ridiculous and not available. He did not even offer to explain to us in a friendly manner. Just came off like we don't need business from you guys. We asked our salesman for our deposit or to work something out better. Later on some other salesman came and tried to persuade us that 4.44% was the best they can do and etc. I put my cousin on the phone with the man who tried to persuade my father and I. Little after awhile, he offered us an interest rate of 3.99%, which we took. HOWEVER THE FUNNY & STRANGE PART IS NOW. The salesman told us that our monthly payment will be about somewhere $660-670 at the interest rate of 3.99%. We called our insurance company and accountant about this monthly payment and told us that it is actually INACCURATE and it should come out to be somewhere $638. So my question is where did this monthly payment of $660 - 670 really came from? (Note: we were just taking the standard warranty - so no extra $30.). Did they just tell us that our interest rate is 3.99%, when in reality they based the monthly payment on the interest rate of 4.44% that they offered us at first thinking that we won't calculate? Also, they assumed that we will be financing for 72 months without asking us what our preference will be. Anyways, we realized that it is important to calculate and read everything carefully prior to signing anything. Other than the financing part... The customer service was ok. More
We puchased a used 2010 Chev Camero a month ago. have had nothing but issues every since. The car shakes and pulls when you reach 60 mph. Shaking bad when applying the brakes. The car was returned to us today and nothing was fixed. The sales man is the only person that will talk to me. Perry katechis will not return my call. We live in CT and can not keep driving back and forth to NY. I will say the only nice experience was they came to pick up the car, but still never fixed it. They are telling me today 8/10/2012 to drive the car back to them I've had the car in my posession about an hour and this car is shaking and pulling to the left. I can't drive over 55 and to stop on brakes is a nightmare. The car feels like it going to fall apart. The service for EastHills Chevrolet stinks. The loaner car is is a piece of crap it has the same issues as the car we purchased. We had it twice in weeks time and the oil change light is still on. I think this place is rnning scams and does not fix cars they just want them off the lot and that is it. Unhappy Customer April L. Gist More

I found a car online at this dealership. When I went in to the dealership my salesmen Peter was friendly. The price of the car was very fair. I also want to complement Perry Katechis, Sales Manager, on the attention that he paid to the entire proceedure which including my trade of a 2008 Range Rover Sport and the lease of a 2012 Equinox. Charlie Greenberg ensured that the entire leasing protocol went smoothly, he spend a great deal of time with me explaining the workings of the new Equinox. The entire staff was extraordinary. I would recommend this dealership to all for service quality that was unusually excellent. More
