A friend of ours who owns a Chevy recommended us to see the dealer who helped him but when we got to the place we were told there is no Mr. so and so working in there company. So I decided to leave. What I really like from the East Hill Chevy at Douglaston was the car dealer, Mr. Alex Steshenko, came out, followed us and not in a pushy attitude introduced himself and said, " I understand you are looking for a specific individual but perhaps if you give me an opportunity I would be glad to help you." For me his action was humble. Not everyone will come after you after you walk out not to mention that we went there it was almost to their closing time. He showed us multiple cars, took his time to explained & let me test drive.I felt bad that he has to stay late but it only shows that for him his customer(s)is important. Mr. Alex Steshenko helped me from day one up to the time I took my very first car home. He deligently and patiently showed me explained to me every features in the car. He even helped set up my account with on Star. I would definitely recommend this dealership to y family and friend. I would give Mr. Alex Steshenko and the Eat Hills Chevrolet a score of 5. More

Juan and Wayne were great! They did their best to go above and beyond what a "normal" dealership is. Promptly returns phone calls. I recommend you going to East Hills and ask for Juan. On top of that he's a great guy and funny too ! On 1/14/13 I was offered a great deal on a leased 2013 Equinox which I love & am happy with it. Equinox is a great car - recommend it for everyone who wants a well made & safe car. I feel safe knowing my 71 year old mother is safe in hers. don't forget to ask for Juan, you won't be disappointed. More

The lease on my non-Chevrolet sedan was coming due. I visited the non-Chervolet dealer on three occasions to get a new car on lease. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I sat down with Andy and told him exactly what I wanted in a car, what price I wanted to pay and how long I wanted the lease to run. He listened to me and right in front of me found the car with all the must-haves that I asked for. He then took me on a test drive. That clinched it for me. I was leasing a 2013 Malibu. As I signed papers, I lamented to Andy that I now had to return the non-Chevy car to the dealer. I was dreading having to meet with them again. That's when Andy became a true ANGEL. He said he would return the car to the other dealership for me. What a burden was lifted off my shoulders. Andy Boyles is the nicest and the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. She drove her previous car (a non-Chevy) from Michigan to NY. Just days before she was to return to Michigan, the car broke down and wouldn't make it back to Michigan. I immediately called Andy, and within 24 hours, my daughter who is very picky, had another car, registered, financed and prepped for delivery! We picked the car up today, and she will be in Michigan with the new car tomorrow. Thank you, Andy! I can't say enough about Andy Boyes and the pleasant experience purchasing cars has been.
