I have never been able to make a purchase so effortlessly for anything in my life. Unbelievable team working there from sales to finance. From start to finish we felt as though we were family and treated as for anything in my life. Unbelievable team working there from sales to finance. From start to finish we felt as though we were family and treated as such. Even the sales team members that were not working with us went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but it was Sonia's care and attention that ultimately sealed the deal for us. Consistent follow up and follow through made this truly worth the 2 hour drive. More
Let me start by changing my overall review done last evening, and explaining why this change. Last week I visited the dealership and requested that a certain Impala be held for me via e mail and by pho evening, and explaining why this change. Last week I visited the dealership and requested that a certain Impala be held for me via e mail and by phone to Cat. We came in and wrote the deal and I gave the salesman a check for $500. He took the deal up front and came back to inform me that that car had just been sold 10 minutes earlier. (first error) He offered me a white Impala at a slightly higher price, which we wrote up, and the next day it too could not be delivered for one reason or another. (second error) The Sales manager apologized and offered me a car that was coming in on Friday in Silver. All of these cars are supposedly GM certified, and I was told by the salesman that it included an additional 2 year warranty. The car was held up in NJ and did not come in until Monday due to a storm. (third error) The car came in and we picked it up and signed the paper work. Mind you, I was also told by the sales manager that I would be given a $300. reduction because it was not the color of my choice. I never got that reduction. (fourth error) I went home and found that the salesman did not give me the FS20 to prove the car was insured, and did not give me a bill of sale. (fifth and sixth errors) He did deliver the bill of sale to my home (one gold star) however I had to complain loudly to him, and he truly wanted to satisfy me. I looked at the bill and found that this 2 year warranty that comes with this GM certified car was costing me $2,645. and that brought the overcharge to $2,945. While everyone was truly nice and tried to make me a satisfied customer, they failed miserably. It truly made my experience unpleasant, and I question the honesty of a dealership that tells me that the warranty comes with a car, then charges me such a high fee for this free warranty. I arrived and waited over an hour for my car to be delivered, which wasn't a problem, however, the paperwork was zipped through so fast that I needed to look at everything when I got home, thus finding no bill of sale or insurance card. I had to visit the broker to pick up the FS20. Why would anyone in their right mind refer customers to a dealership that is so careless and negligent and bordered on dishonesty by charging for service that they told me was part of the GM certified program, OR, is this vehicle not GM certified and why isn't it? Why am I paying for a warranty on a 2011 vehicle with only 35k miles on it. Unless and until these things are ironed out by this dealership I would recommend that people seeking a car from this dealership look elsewhere and pay particular attention to what you are told, and to hold the dealership to everything they tell you and get it in writing. I lost my trust in this dealership and it will take a lot to gain it back. I wonder if they will make me a satisfied customer or will they blow me off. More
I shopped Long Island dealerships and Danny Brendler beat all other prices. He also spent well over an hour explaining to my daughter and wife how to operate all aspects of the vehicle. They also got me the all other prices. He also spent well over an hour explaining to my daughter and wife how to operate all aspects of the vehicle. They also got me the lowest rate on financing even beating my credit union. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Danny Brendler. More
When I walked into East Hills Chevrolet, I knew that I wanted to buy a car but was unsure which car. I also knew that in my work I spend a good deal of time traveling from home to home; therefore, my car wanted to buy a car but was unsure which car. I also knew that in my work I spend a good deal of time traveling from home to home; therefore, my car would have to be something I was both comfortable in and with. I expressed to Charles my wants and needs in a car and he worked with me to find MY car. Charles patiently offered me several opportunities to test-drive a variety of Chevy's. He listened, was unassuming, and subtlely explained the pluses of owning a Chevy Captiva. While my Captiva had 12000K miles when I purchased it, it looked and smelled new! It was well detailed when I picked it up with VIN etching on each window. I have been driving this vehicle for the past three weeks and I am quite happy with it. Often, I can't wait to finish work to drive my car!! How crazy is that! I am grateful that Charles connected me with a car that meets my needs! More

Dennis was very pleasant, we've been going back and forth at a vehicle for almost 4 months. Originally I was planning to purchase a sonic until my daughter pointed out the spark. I needed a small car a forth at a vehicle for almost 4 months. Originally I was planning to purchase a sonic until my daughter pointed out the spark. I needed a small car and the first person that came to my mind was Dennis, he was very persistent with phone calls. I bought my spark in pink, haven't seen any others on the road yet the same color as mine. More
