Re-Leased a 2020 Equinox - "Gus" Q & Manager Lev EXCELLENT! I leased my 2nd car from Gus Q last week, I enjoyed working with him and appreciate his candid no-pressure style. Don't tell a customer you'll pay something and then don't. I was told that the dealership would pay a fee listed as a result of returning my leased car in. After talking to them for a second time and then talk I was told that the dealership would pay a fee listed as a result of returning my leased car in. After talking to them for a second time and then talking to GM financial, I will not be receiving a payment for the fee. As someone who has worked in management for customer service if someone says they are going to do something you should be held to your word. Don't tell customers you will do something and then not do it. I was also treated very disrespectfully by Gordon, the lease inspection associate whom I felt was inconvenienced by me showing up to the dealership when I did. The whole time he was trying to shove me out of the dealer and not allow me to get a simple request done. After lying to me multiple times, I was able to get what I needed performed. The customer should never be an treated this way and it is why I will never buy/lease a car from them. More
