Laura manager who should get trained on people skills. And I believe one of the main managers whose name was Charles I think which I came to try to make things right but turned out to be Master of the xxxx show. When you drive a Lexus for 20 years & deal with their customer service and then come to this Chevrolet dealer, & experience The Mickey Mouse Club, you definitely know the difference. Opened case & made a complaint with GM. What a poor representation of an American car company. If it wasn't a Corvette I would never buy a Chevrolet again just by this experience alone. More

Excellent service. I had my 7 year old with me and everyone was very kind to him. He was given crayons and paper to keep him entertained. Everyone on site was very helpful and friendly. Considering you have to wait a bit to process paperwork, the good music station did help (lol). They were willing to work with me and I was able to drive off in my new car the same day I walked in. Highly recommend :-) More
