MY salesman Mike Fresa was very professional , polite and well mannered. Unlike using bullying demeanor tactics very common in this business and without feeling the pressure of having to buy..Mike clearly and professonally walked me through step by step price and product while clearly answering everyone of my many questions. Excellent in product knowledge, Mike explained in detail the pros and cons of each automobile i was interested in where in turn i was able to decide through reason and understanding with no doubt the Chevy Cruze TDI was a better automobile in price and product for the dollar. I have my cruze over a week now and have gotten as high as 58 miles to the gallon. This car is excellent all around. Mike pointed out to me all the options that came with the Chevy Cruze along with the additional benefits from East Hills Chevrolet and made it clear and obvious to me the Jetta was no way able to compete for the price i paid. Mike Fresa is an excellent salesman, a true professional and see him being nothing short of being head manager in the future. More
