And I believe one of the main managers whose name was Charles I think which I came to try to make things right but turned out to be Master of the xxxx show. When you drive a Lexus for 20 years & deal with their customer service and then come to this Chevrolet dealer, & experience The Mickey Mouse Club, you definitely know the difference. Opened case & made a complaint with GM. What a poor representation of an American car company. If it wasn't a Corvette I would never buy a Chevrolet again just by this experience alone. More

Excellent service. I had my 7 year old with me and everyone was very kind to him. He was given crayons and paper to keep him entertained.
