We have worked with two other dealerships and were very unhappy. I contacted East Hills Chevrolet by email. I knew exactly what I wanted and wanted the best number. This was for a lease. We did everything through email. This was for a lease. He promised when I got there we would be in and out in one hour. We were. For the price we agreed on ahead of time. No hard selling. I cannot recommend East Hills Chevrolet of Douglaston or Cody Allen enough. I have never had a pleasant experience at a dealership until now. We will definitely be going back every time. More

I first want to say I did not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I turned in my lease they were helpful with this which was a good first step. I sat down with a sales rep who was a good dude. When it came down to getting the truck I wanted they had a crazy payment I asked questions tried to work it out with them the managers didn't budge. I ended up going to another dealer bought the same truck for 456 dollars cheaper a month. Please noteits the same truck. I don't think they use the lowest interest rates for you they use the highest interest rates so they get a healthy kick back from the financial institution. I will never go to this dealership again. More
