As part of the deal I got the windows tinted -- I dropped the car off on Tuesday & picked it up Wednesday, it was so perfectly detailed & ready to go. So now in total we have purchased 3 cars from this dealership! More

We were lied too! Rusty Wallace VW Garland Tried to cheat us! We went looking for new auto. One had price sticker of sale on it of $25,995.00 and said take $5,995.00 off price which was $20,000.00. The sign us! We went looking for new auto. One had price sticker of sale on it of $25,995.00 and said take $5,995.00 off price which was $20,000.00. The sign on car was hand wrote on front window with no sticker price sheet on the side of the window. Only the sign. The car had over 4000 miles was new model 2009 and had been discounted as used as demo we were told. Fully loaded. My father in law found the car and called us to come look, great deal after talking to salesman. My husband and I drove in as my father in law waited and was shown the car and told the price and really thought a great car. We drove it, agreed to pay sticker price of sign and filled out forms. Spend a couple of hours at dealers. We got all the way through finance and the finance guy Jason came out and said the sign was confusing and the sale was wrong. The car was really $25,995.00. He said the sign was confusing. The sales person was confused also he said on price. All this after we agread to check the banks for financing and run our credit. They were closing so we had to leave and I called back after we thought about it and told Jason no thanks! He did apologize for mix up, but still claims the price is not the $25,995.00 we were told and was on sign. If they can't even sell you a car for the price agreed on or wrote, then how can you trust that if anything goes wrong on the car that would be taken care of? They tried to hook you on gotta have that car then up the price!! Caroline More

Whether it is just regular oil changes and service, or if something goes wrong, the service techs go out of their way to make things easier. From courtesy vans to take you to and from work or lending you a car, to taking the time to explain and help prioritize options. They take care of the big and little things, and they do them right. If you keep a car, its a fact that they get old and things need replacing or fixing. I keep going back because I know they go out of their way to make sure things run smoothly. Its not common anymore to find people who take real pride in their work. You can tell they do. More

We called from Oklahoma to see about buying a new vehicle. Ilia was wonderful to work with. We did everything over the phone. I am 9 months pregnant and was not going to be able to go to Texas to vehicle. Ilia was wonderful to work with. We did everything over the phone. I bought a new VW CC Sport from Rusty Wallis in mid-February. While I had been to several other dealerships, I had originally bought my 03 Jetta from Rusty Wallis and felt pretty good about the ex mid-February. While I had been to several other dealerships, I had originally bought my 03 Jetta from Rusty Wallis and felt pretty good about the experience. While some of the other dealerships haggled with price, Scott Pittenger at RW was straightforward and let me do most of the talking. I had talked to Scott a few months before, and when he contacted me again to check in, I gave him some feedback on some of the rival dealership offers. He quickly came back with a competitive price and beat the other offers without much negotiating. We were able to get most of the details covered over the phone and through email, and when I went in to buy the CC, the whole thing took just a little bit over an hour. The whole process with Scott and Rusty Wallis was straightforward and a low pressure sales environment without some of the aggressive tactics I have seen from others. Additionally, the finance rep and the other people who helped out were friendly and easy to work with... overall, a very positive experience. More

It took this dealership 4 business days to respond to my inquiry about a Jetta or Rabbit. By the time they got back to me we had already purchased a different brand. I had a VW before, purchased new from a Atamian VW in Tewksbury, MA - they were bad too. And, while on a business trip, I stopped by another VW in Houston, TX a couple of months ago and I barely got the time of day from the sales rep. Back to Rusty Wallis: just bad customer service. In this economy I think they need to jump a lot higher when a customer calls. So, no VW in my garage. More
