I was in the market for a weekend roadster, my favorite being a Honda S2000. After several weeks of researching and one missed opportunity I came across a low mileage 2008 model at Rusty Wallis VW that was being a Honda S2000. I contacted Scott Pittenger via e-mail and explained my situation and my budget. He promptly returned my messages and within 3 days met my budget price. Topping that, Scott helped me acquire additional accessories from their sister company, Rusty Wallis Honda, at a very reasonal price for the equipment and its installation. My schedule for receiving the vehicle was very tight and Scott worked diligently to have the accessories installed on time and have the paperwork ready to go. My wife and I was in and out of the dealership within 10-15 minutes from start to finish. We left in a beautiful, fully detailed vehicle that we hope to enjoy for years to come. Ilia Pauloo, the internet manager who helped me, was so nice and so helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very honest about the car I was interested in. I never felt like he was trying to trick me about anything or cover anything up. He answered my questions by email, over the phone, and in person. He made everything so easy and convenient for me and really put me at ease about everything. Greg, the business manager, was really great, too -- very nice and very helpful -- as was the general manager, Russ (I think that was his name -- sorry! I'm not great with names!). I really feel that I got a great, reliable, safe car for a really great price. I checked it against edmunds.com, and I got an exceptional deal. And -- when I first went in to look at the car, the car I drove in that I already owned had the check engine light flashing (I didn't know you weren't supposed to drive it like that). They put me in a loaner car overnight, because they didn't want me driving an unsafe car home that night. They were really great. And I really feel that they will take care of us for the life of the new car. I am really glad I went there and really appreciate Ilia and all of his help. The nice thing about Ilia and Rusty Wallis VW in general is that there was no feeling of pushiness so typical to many automobile dealerships. That is, because we wanted this base-model VW, I expected options upon options to be pushed upon us but thankfully that did not happen. We agreed to a price via the internet but because we had to fly in from out of state to get the car, Rusty Wallis VW discounted the sticker price by the amount of our transportation costs. Sales was a breeze with Ilia as was financing with Greg. These folks were professional and treated us in a respectful manner.
