I have waited to make this review to see if they would come through but haven't. I have had my car over a month and it has gotten worse. I am still waiting to get my windows tinted. Then I have called up there after receiving an e-mail from Joe Haywood saying I needed my 30 day check up and he acted like I was from out of space and did not know what I was talking about. I was then transferred to service. No one answered I was sent back to Joe then sent back to service, still no answer and got a voicemail. I left a message for a call back to set up an appointment for this service and it has been 2 days and still no call back. But on an upnote. I love my Jetta! More
