I was kept informed every step of the way, I had a text message asking for approval to change the cabin filter which I accepted, prices are reasonable, and it just took one hour thirty minutes to get my ca message asking for approval to change the cabin filter which I accepted, prices are reasonable, and it just took one hour thirty minutes to get my car from the shop, everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a repair scheduled on our Odyssey. Time frame was 3-1/2 hours, We were kept updated during the visit. It took only 2 hours. We were informed that the vehicle was ready after 2 hours. T Time frame was 3-1/2 hours, We were kept updated during the visit. It took only 2 hours. We were informed that the vehicle was ready after 2 hours. Then we were told 900 dollars of our 1000 dollar repair was covered by the extended warranty we had purchased in 2019 when we purchased the vehicle at that dealership. All I got for the 2018 Honda Pilot this time was an Oil Change and it took 1 Hour and 50 minutes. I told the service guy who checked me in that I would be waiting and he showed me to the waiting room. I wo Change and it took 1 Hour and 50 minutes. I worked for a smaller Honda Dealership in Orangeburg for close to 10 years, winning numerous top Honda sales awards. We got a lot ot business from the big Honda dealerships in Charleston and Columbia because we would get them in and out in service and not take half a day to sell them a car. 2 Hours for an Oil Change is Ridiculous!!
