More than helpful and pleasant. I was Visiting from Canada and needed my oil changed. They were true to their word and I was soon on my way. The service advisor Irwin, was very helpful and kept me advised through the process. Indeed, all the personnel we met, were very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. More

We have always had a very very satisfying experience both with buying and servicing. The service department is very good - quick appts. and great work. We worked with Mike Collins on the last two cars and he was great to work with. Lots of patience and thorough. He agreed to bring the car to us and twice has helped us with all the settings. He even went on a step ladder to help program garage opener. Never pushy. Just friendly and helpful in every way. He knows the business and can expain very question. He is a good representative for East Coast Honda. We shall be back. More
Sales Experience Terrible experience. It was like pulling teeth to get prices. I wanted side by side numbers to compare a lease or purchase on a CRV. I had to repeat Terrible experience. It was like pulling teeth to get prices. I wanted side by side numbers to compare a lease or purchase on a CRV. I had to repeatedly ask since they would only give me one number at a time asking me to sign each time. I wanted side by side. When I was finally given a price on a CRV that I liked, I was told that I had to use the dealership's financial institution. When I told them I was pre-approved with a better interest rate from my bank, they said the price of the CRV would go UP if I did not use their bank. And they tried to insist I sign papers now but the car would not be delivered for another 2 weeks. I said but that doesn't make sense. When would the payments start? Answer: 30 days from today's date. In other words shortly after I finally picked up the car. Went to another Honda dealer and they beat their price by 400 hundred dollars and I can use my bank. More

The entire experience was quick and pain free. Unlike my experience in Chucktown... There isn't a better salesman than Tommy Smothers. He's a 10..... Even though the star scale stops at 5.... Best Personal Service Experience We bought our 2014 Honda new and when it went in for its first oil change we asked about putting a protective sealer on the cloth seats, also mentioni We bought our 2014 Honda new and when it went in for its first oil change we asked about putting a protective sealer on the cloth seats, also mentioning a scratch on one door. Both were immediately addressed, complimentary. We were told they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We are. At the next oil change we had an engine light issue. The service department looked into our "complaint" and after much investigation found the problem. It was not a mechanical issue as we had suspected. Rodents had eaten the connections around the gas tank. The car sits in storage for 6 months with someone starting and moving it once in awhile. We were given a car to drive while they serviced ours. Being senior citizens we have had much experience with car dealers. East Coast Honda and every one of their staff, especially Scott Proctor has treated us with care and respect making our overall experience a pleasant one. Definitely a 5 star dealership. More

Great Service East Coast is the best! My mom has had a Honda Pilot for 10+ years and she's always raved about their service department - so much so that she convin East Coast is the best! My mom has had a Honda Pilot for 10+ years and she's always raved about their service department - so much so that she convinced me to talk to the dealer when I was looking to buy a new car. Tyrell helped me test drive the 2016 Honda Pilot and I was blown away! Lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and an entertainment package in the back seat as well. Awesome experience. More
