Last week I was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC, my Honda Civic has some ac issues and I didn't know of any reputable mechanics in the area. I decided to take my 2017 Honda Civic to East Coast Honda and the Civic has some ac issues and I didn't know of any reputable mechanics in the area. I decided to take my 2017 Honda Civic to East Coast Honda and the instant I drove into the parking lot I was greeted by a service provider that was friendly and quick to get my car checked out. I checked in my car with Victor who was friendly, and upfront and I could tell he cared about the customers. I was offered snacks and bottled water while I waited. Then, they offered a complimentary shuttle service to my hotel so I could spend some time with my family instead of waiting on the repair. The shuttle driver Paul was a friendly, and safe driver. I felt like I had made my first friend in Myrtle Beach. When I arrived at the hotel I got a call from Victor and he said the repair was covered under a warranty and wouldn't cost me anything and it would take a couple of hours to fix the AC condenser and they would call me when they were finished. This allowed me to spend some time on the beach with my wife and boys. Victor called me an hour before they said the repair would be finished telling me I am ready to go and everything checked out as it should. Then, I called the shuttle and Paul answered and said he is almost to my hotel. On the way back to the dealership I asked Paul where the best place for seafood is and he told me that he has only lived there for a year and wasn't sure of the best place for fresh seafood, but he knew the right guys to ask. When we pulled into the dealership he said there is the guy to ask and we were referred to Lee's inlet seafood and it did not disappoint! They also washed my car and cleaned off the bugs from my 3,500-mile trip. If I could give East Coast Honda 10 stars I would. This place is amazing! Keep doing what you are doing and you will be even more successful! More

This dealership has all the good qualities. Professional people at every station. Sales manager Scott Proctor is one of a kind and treats every customer like family. I have never had so much loyalty to a single dealership in my entire life. They have always went above and beyond from sales and service. It feels like they roll out the red carpet anytime I need anything such as a simple recall to a schedule maintenance appointment. I am constantly referring anyone I know to them because I know they will treat them right and give them the same great service they give me. In this day and age where everyone complains about the smallest thing it is rare to find someone or someplace that does the right thing and East Coast Honda does this every time for every customer.
