I sent 3 messages asking about a mini cooper that is on their website and never once heard back from them. At this point, I believe they don't have the car or just don't want to sell cars. I've left SEVERAL voice mails, I even talked to someone that said "George" would be calling me back. She was my ONLY human contact. I have to say, SHE WAS VERY VERY NICE on the phone to me. I haven't been able to talk to "George" or anyone else since. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. I leave emails, they go unanswered. I leave them thru the portal AND on their own website. I guess I won't be able to get the vehicle I wanted. Maybe they have so many customers that losing a few don't mean anything to them. Maybe this place is NOT all about customer service or they need more people to handle the inquiries. Seems like the only people that fair out the best are people who are LOCAL & can physically go there & transact business. They were the only ones with the vehicle I had at the price I could afford. Since it's left up to them, I suppose maybe this vehicle isn't what I'm supposed to have. I will never bother them ever again. More
