Despite my better judgment, I trusted the dealership’s assurances, only to be met with a slew of safety and mechanical issues post-purchase. Upon leaving the lot, I was assured that the vehicle was safe for my family. However, the reality quickly unveiled itself—the check engine light activated after just 75 miles due to a faulty, aftermarket catalytic converter. When I approached the dealership, they assured me that the warranty would cover it, only for me to discover that it covered virtually nothing. A week later, I experienced a terrifying incident where my brakes were nonfunctional, prompting me to conduct a full safety inspection. This inspection revealed that crucial safety features such as blind-spot monitoring, park assist, and lane change alerts had been disabled or removed. Again, none of these critical issues were covered by the warranty, despite prior assurances. Further betrayals included a non-functional navigation system and tires that were so worn they needed immediate replacement. Even when they agreed to cover half the cost of the brake repairs, it felt like a token gesture compared to the mounting issues. Just seven months after my purchase, the transmission failed, adding to an already long list of grievances. This dealership exploited my trust and put my family's safety at risk. I write this review not out of spite, but out of a sincere effort to prevent others from enduring the dangers and deception we faced. Please, consider this a warning—your safety and satisfaction are not guaranteed with a purchase from this dealership.
