East Charlotte Nissan Has Improved ! I have purchased 7 cars for family and me since 2007. @ East Charlotte Nissan. I never felt as if they valued me as a customer. Sales Dept. did, but I have purchased 7 cars for family and me since 2007. @ East Charlotte Nissan. I never felt as if they valued me as a customer. Sales Dept. did, but Service Dept. All cars I purchased were new..I don’t have enough space nor time to list all the frustrating things they did. Service personnel were frequently rude including the receptionist My car was inspected once and they never sent NCDMV the info causing me to pay a late fee. They never owned up to their rudeness or mistakes. I went in Saturday, October 26, 2019 dreading interaction with them for my 10000 mile check. What a surprise to see the staff so accommodating and polite. I was told there would be an hour wait and it was an hour wait Ron Traver, service advisor, was wonderful and respectful. He even managed to get my email address corrected after I had tried to get it correct since 2013!.I pray this service stays intact for a while. More

Horrible. I will never buy another Nissan. I have purchased four brand new Nissans over the last three years and the sales experience was great. But that is whe I will never buy another Nissan. I have purchased four brand new Nissans over the last three years and the sales experience was great. But that is where it stops. After they have made money off of you the customer service goes out of the window. My rim cracked, split and completely separated, but I'm being told I must have hit a pothole because the is a debt on the inner lip of the rim and that caused the entire rim to separate. So I asked is it possible the "defective" rim cracked causing the tired to hit the ground bending the rim. Of course not they say because its a reason not to replace the rim for the 2019 I've had for only two months. Todd Smith the service manager is a jerk. I even offered to pay out of pocket for the rim to be sent to Nissan to have them look at it. He said no, I'm not sending them anything. Again, I will never do business with any Nissan dealer again. More

I'm not sure of the time required for recall repair, but I was at Nissan from 11:30 to 2:00 p.m. Atmospere while waiting was good. The lady that handles finances offered us cookies & water. I appreciated that & the free car wash. As I checked out the Rep explained what was done to my car & asked if there was anything else he could additionally do during this visit. More
