I pulled into the Nissan dealership with no appointment and got a tire rotation and an oil change and I believe I was waiting for about 25 to 30 minutes. They have always been very friendly here as well. This just put the cherry on top. More

I will always trust my car being service by quality care maintaince engineers. I have worked with my team leader for my car, Ben Cooper. He is outstanding. It was his associate Devon Fink that help identify the problem with the axel, that needed to be repaired. This is a team that works together to get the job done right, on time, and for the customer. I arrived a little before my appointment time and Ron got me in and out with no problems at all. Even though it was just a routine oil change and tire rotation the staff was very efficient with time and working on my vehicle. I would also like to make mention of Mr. Manny who works in finance. He is one of the most pleasant person I've met in sales since living here in Charlotte, NC for the past almost 3 years. Manny was very helpful in assisting me in picking out the vehicle that would best meet my needs at the time and was able to get me financed with no problems. I can't wait until next March 2015 when I can finally get back into a Maxima (right now I'm in an Altima). More

In 20013 I decided I'd start going back to the dealer for car service so I joined the Nissan rewards program and now after 3-4 times all for oil changes and other small things I've been completely satisf for car service so I joined the Nissan rewards program and now after 3-4 times all for oil changes and other small things I've been completely satisfied. I've gone by appointment and have just shown up on a Sunday and gotten in/out in an timely manner. All the staff has always been great and Ron always finds me discounts I can use with my reward program that save me money...yeah! five starts are always good but I give Nissan service department "SIX".
