Poor service experience My car is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty and I scheduled an oil change. Upon arrival at the service center, the representative told me that I h My car is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty and I scheduled an oil change. Upon arrival at the service center, the representative told me that I had recommended maintenance due, and he asked my permission to perform it. I authorized it and agreed to pay the service fee for it. They called back in a reasonable time frame and told me that my car was ready. I picked up the car and he went over the 27 point inspection with me. The report stated that all my tires were at 35 psi. However, when I got in the car, they were the exact same pressure that they were when I dropped the car off (not what they put in the report). If they were willing to falsely document my tire pressure, how I can I be assured that they gave due diligence to the other maintenance I needed performed (and paid for)? Furthermore, the following week I began to hear my brakes scrubbing. I'm no mechanic, but I certainly can look at a set of brake pads and tell when they are near ready to be changed. They never mentioned anything to me about the condition of my brakes. While these instances are relatively minor, they indicate a severe lack of integrity. Very disappointed. More

Still Waiting for the parts-put my life in dangerous I bought a new car from this dealer at 2013, everything was all right until 3 months ago, the AIRBAG LIGHT came on, so I went to the dealer........... I bought a new car from this dealer at 2013, everything was all right until 3 months ago, the AIRBAG LIGHT came on, so I went to the dealer........... they told me I need to replace one of the parts, takes about 2 weeks, otherwise in case of something happen, THE AIRBAG WONT POP OUT, which means that I risk my life all the time by driving this car.......... so of course go ahead ordered it right away and get this problem solve ASAP. but guess what, almost 3 months goes by, they still do not have the parts that I need, It really drives me crazy with knowing that my life is in dangerous if something happen without the Airbag protection, looks to me it is like either they do not care or they do not have the part..... but whatever it is, I would never buy Nissan no more, I will tell all my friends and people that I know, Do NOT BUY NISSAN. More
