Totally Amazed! On September 14, (my birthday) I went to East Charlotte Nissan. I was really hesitant about buying a car at a dealership but this experience changed my opinion. With the credit issues that I East Charlotte Nissan. I was really hesitant about buying a car at a dealership but this experience changed my opinion. With the credit issues that I have, I didn't think a new car would be an option. I went in thinking I would have to put down at least an arm and leg or would need a co-signer. Honestly I thought it was a waste of my time and theirs. My salesman "Stormin Norman", said he could make it happen. He did just that! He was very patient with me. No pressure at all. I understood everything that was going on and felt comfortable and at ease. Norman also got my payments in the price range I could afford. I walked out very happy. Best birthday gift ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks Norman! More

I have never felt so comfortable buying a car in my life, and I have bought many from all over the country. It was truly a 1st class experience. From setting our appointment to the delivery of our NEW MURANO, he was there every step of the way, a real professional. And John Greene, the finance guy, another wonderful experience. My entire transaction was handled over the Internet. The transaction was quick,easy,accurate and hassle free. OMG!!! The very worst stealership I have ever been too! After you fight for 4 hours with the price of the vehicle, then you have a four month fight after. Took 3 months to get the tags for the car! The cashier completely ruined the dealership. It is terrible customer service we you get called a lie! I will take my business elsewhere!
