East Bay Mini is NOT to be trusted . They misrepresented and lied to me. (Big surprise, right?) I walked in with a BofA auto loan confirmation number for $9K to buy a used Mini. All the . They misrepresented and lied to me. (Big surprise, right?) I walked in with a BofA auto loan confirmation number for $9K to buy a used Mini. All they needed to do was check the loan number and sell me the car. Instead they claimed that they needed to re-enter my loan info. I asked why, and if they were going to run a credit check again and they said "BofA required it" and "no". A half hour later, my confirmed loan covering the cost of the car magically turned into $6,300 loan with a $3,400 down payment in cash. It says right on the loan confirmation paper that BofA doesn't give loans for less than $7500. So I check my Experian Credit App and sure enough they ran another *hard* credit check, which will affect my credit rating. I left without the car. These guys are car dealers so this of course normal. Don't trust them and don't expect to be treated honestly. More

They also paid for an uber to take me to the mall and pick up up at the mall and bring me back. it was a great experience!!! More
