Called at last minute on a Saturday I was helping my grandma in law, called last minute and spoke to a wonderful person named Nicole. Nicole realized the situation at hand, that there was a 92 yo lady with patience less than a 2 month old, needing to get 'her car'. No dealers, no support... Terrible place to purchase a car. And I would not recommend a Mini Cooper to anyone. We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper Country man brand new from Dubli Terrible place to purchase a car. And I would not recommend a Mini Cooper to anyone. We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper Country man brand new from Dublin. We ordered the car with every specific item we wanted. The single only item my wife wanted was a in-dash GPS system. We waited for the car to arrive for months. When it came in there was NO GPS in the dash. The salesman talked us into an after market one called a mini made by Garmin. It is next to impossible to use as it is hidden behind the steering wheel. It broke off the steering wheel and we cannot find a new bracket to reinstall it. So, it hangs from the steering column. Note for new customers, though BMW is the car manufacture, they will not work on a Mini Cooper. When I called the parts department to try to get a new bracket they tell me sorry we do not carry parts for after market add ons. Well great you put the GPS after market part on and now it just hangs. The service department employee did not even try. I asked him if I could at least email him a picture he said no. Do not purchase a Mini Cooper if you want service there are few dealers and you will have problems getting your car worked on. The company can give a darn if your happy or safe after you drive off the lot. More
