Let me tell you how great my experience was at Earth MotorCars! I was looking for a specific car and Tony Luu made it happened. The process of purchasing the car was a speedy process. I left a very positive post on here previously about my experience purchasing a 1967 Ford Bronco through Earth Motors through Arthur. I bought the vehicle through Arthur Przytulski. That was a genuine po experience purchasing a 1967 Ford Bronco through Earth Motors through Arthur. I bought the vehicle through Arthur Przytulski. That was a genuine post, Arthur is a great guy to work with and I'm generally happy with the vehicle (Besides a few minor oil leaks that I'm trying to figure out. It was leaking when I got it, so this should've been solved before I took possession. So, in that regard I'm not happy with Earth Motors). That said, I have had less than stellar follow up in regards to the title work by Finance Manager, Jonathan Warriach. He pressed me for my insurance information to complete the title work. He emailed and called me on the same day, basically letting me know I needed to hurry up. I got him the information he need right away, but it's now over a month later and my state's BMV hasn't received the title yet. I need to get this vehicle plated because my temporary tag is almost up, so I emailed Johnathan last Thursday, June 29th asking him about it and didn't receive a response until yesterday, July 4th. He said, "I will check on it and let you know." It is now July 5th and I still haven't heard anything so I called Earth Motors up myself to get an answer, which I finally did. I am sorry, but this is not good service. When somebody purchases a vehicle from you, the service process begins from the first phone call until all the final paper work is completed, and if the dealer is really good, it should extend past that if they want a repeat customer. More
