Johnathan Warriach, whom I had never met previously, made buying a car an actual pleasure instead of the normal battle. He was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, interested in what I was looking for in a specific type car and went way above and beyond in the experience. I never felt he was pressuring me at any point and his attention to details was remarkable. Since the purchase his professional “follow up” has been splendid. I will come back to him to buy more cars. He is a breath of fresh air in an industry fraught with non-professional and uncaring sales people. The dealership is fortunate to have him on their team. Professional Group of People I recently purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayman S, I have never bought a car without driving or even looking at a car, my salesman, Jonathan Warriach, was I recently purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayman S, I have never bought a car without driving or even looking at a car, my salesman, Jonathan Warriach, was excellent throughout the process. He sent me many pictures of the car, sent me the Car-Fax report and even did a walk around with the video for me. When I flew out to Dallas and Jonathan picked me and a buddy of mine up at the airport and I wanted some work done on the car before I picked it up and he handled all that for me. I cannot express how impressed I was with Jonathan, very professional and his follow up skills are exceptional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I have probably bought 15 cars over time and this was the best experience so far. Highly recommend this dealership and Connor. I will be back for my next vehicle for sure. More
BUYER BEWARE! Earth Motorcars of Texas LACKS INTEGRETY! I had been talking with a salesman, Dean, for a week at Earth Motorcars of Carrollton, Texas about purchasing a 2013 Corvette. Dean seemed pleasant an I had been talking with a salesman, Dean, for a week at Earth Motorcars of Carrollton, Texas about purchasing a 2013 Corvette. Dean seemed pleasant and replied quickly answering any additional questions I had along with providing more pictures and videos of the car. However, I am not local to the dealership so I would need to have the vehicle held while I could fly down if a deal was agreed upon. The dealer knew this up front and said they deal with plenty of nonlocal buyers so this would not be an issue. After talking back and forth about pricing, I was informed that there were “other buyers” interested in the car, however, they didn’t pan out at this time. So, on Saturday June 22, I was discussing the purchase of the car with Dean. Dean had stated that if one of the said buyers did not purchase the car then we could move forward with me purchasing it. Come end of business hours on Saturday June 22, I was informed that the car was still available and the manger had stated that if I wanted to purchase the car, they would require a deposit from me on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to hold the car for me until I could fly to Texas for a final inspection and test drive the car prior to closing the deal. Monday, June 24, morning came and I was in contact with the dealership. Dean the salesman, myself, and the Manager were on a conference call; we came to an agreement on a final purchase price for the car. I informed them I would not be financing the purchase and would be paying cash for this transaction. They took my information, my deposit (via credit card) and provided me with the information for their preferred method of payment, which is a wire transfer. Then, they informed me that they put a sold sign on the car so that there would be no confusion. From here, I said I would rearrange my work schedule so I could make it down and informed them that it would most likely be on Thursday June 27. So, I made arrangements to take a couple of days off from work, booked a flight for myself and a friend so wouldn’t have to make the long drive home alone, and went to my bank to preauthorize a wire transfer of $50K+ to get the process started so that it would be a seamless transaction. After all arrangements were made, I contacted the dealer to let them know all was set up and I would be there first thing in the morning on Thursday June 27. They replied that sounded great, they would hold the car for me, and offered to pick me up from the airport. All was fine until Monday June 24 at night, after the dealership business hours I received two texts from Dean to call him, then an hour later a phone call from him. I did not have my phone on me at the time but returned the missed phone call within 5-10 minutes. Dean told me that the car had been sold. I asked how is that possible? Both you and your Manager said that with my deposit you were holding the car for me until Thursday June 27, and you had put a “SOLD” sign on the car. Dean stated that his Manager decided to sell the car since someone was there in person to purchase the car. So, I asked Dean, what is the point of taking my deposit, telling me that you are holding the car only to sell it to someone else who walks in off the street. Dean replied that his Manager stated, if I would have wired the full purchase price for the car, they would’ve held the car, but he wasn’t going to pass on someone who walked in to buy it. This was NOT what we agreed to on the conference call earlier this morning (June 24). The representatives of EARTH MOTORCARS didn’t care that I gave them a deposit, they didn’t care that I purchased my plane tickets for the trip, they didn’t care that I took time off of work, and they didn’t care that I preauthorized the wire transfer for the funding. To summarize my experience with this Texas dealership, EARTH MOTORCARS; they lack professional business standards and any integrity. They will tell you one thing, i.e. that my deposit holds the car, but will then go and sell it to the first person who walks in off the street. I would not recommend EARTH MOTORCARS to any potential buyers, especially if you are not local to the area. They’ve proven themselves to be untrustworthy, capable of deceptive practices and oblivious to providing acceptable customer service. They give car dealerships a bad reputation. More
