I have looked into the issue with the vehicle that you stated you paid $4389.30 out of pocket for a repair. I know that we sent you parts for the vehicle including the bumper that was you stated that was damaged. Regarding the issue of the out of pocket repair expense of $4389.30 that the Ford Dealer replaced a faulty wiring harness which you stated was defective upon delivery of the vehicle. I have been in contact with Ford Dealer and have done research on the VIN. Unfortunately, their research shows no record of you taking the vehicle to their dealership. They do however have record of another company being the customer under VIN number you purchased and doing repairs to your vehicle. Per Ford and the Insurance Claim filed and paid, the other company was installing a lift kit and radio but crossed a wire which in turn shorted out the electronics of the vehicle in some manner that the other company was unable to repair. The vehicle was then taken to Ford dealer by the other company under an insurance claim that the other company filed with their insurance company. Now something else electronic has gone wrong with the vehicle that is related to the electronics be shorted out the other company. We have been more than fair with assisting you with every aspect of the sale. In the conversation we had, you stated you paid out of your pocket for this repair and indicated that the truck arrived with this issue which both clearly did not happen. You also stated you have taken the vehicle back to the Ford Dealer and they told you it was going to be an additional $6000 to repair the vehicle. The Ford Dealer has no record of you bringing in the vehicle for an estimate for any repair. However, they do have record of you coming and getting an estimate for parts on the day you said you got an estimate. You also stated in your text to me that the Ford Dealer told you “The labor would cost the same or more as the last bill” which clearly did not happen as well per Ford Dealer. They have no record of you having any transaction at their Dealership. We do everything we can to maintain the best customer service in the business an outstanding team that is always 100% helpful in all aspects defining customer service.

That makes since cause it’s at the ford dealership still to this day after y’all told me you would go ahead and take the truck back waste my time drive all the way from okc to Dallas just for you to say you’ll give me 46k for the truck which I purchased for 52 a month prior so you lied to get me back down there just to waste more of my time still don’t recommend you and still dealing with my attorney getting are case built to sue y’all’s xxx like she told me she has done 2 times before and won both times she’s also very aware of how y’all run business and she knows I’m not the only one with this experience with y’all and I believe that cause I look at all the reviews on here and they say the same exact thing lol not tell y’all how to run your business or anything but y’all definitely aren’t doing it right if you got of 20 reviews stating that you sold them lemons
