Purchased $68000.00 cash 2016 Mercedes G wagon, Beautiful on the outside. We had prompt delivery service. The delivery experience was excellent. A lot of pressure from sales rep to write a review immediately after the purchase but I thought Id wait a few weeks to see how the experience went. ZERO service after the sale Ignition Problems ...we had problems with the key from the get go. $500 for a new key. Rear view housing camera fell off... $415.00 Real tail lights are not working... Bulbs are melted into housing so we had to buy housing for bulbs and bulbs. $ 1037.00 Speakers Blown... to be determined we haven't priced this items out as of yet. Missing key to metal wrap around on tailgate that holds spare tire so spare is not accessible..guess what? you have to buy the complete housing. The key assembly is not available any longer. Spare Tire Housing $1500.00 I called on this issue and informed rep of the problems I was experiencing. I was informed I would receive a call from service but guess what "crickets" I do not recommend Warranty they offer. Read it! David and the staff were wonderful. I was hesitant about purchasing a car that I had not seen in person but it was everything David assured me it would be. My husband initiated the contact by calling in and he spoke with David Carr. He had questions about a vehicle and David was very friendly and enthusiastic. I picked up from there and met with David the next day. He was still very friendly and easy to work with. He wasn't aggressive, he wasn't pushy, he was very patient and answered my questions. I loved the vehicle and it looked the same in person as it did online. We ran into a few snags (e.g. somehow my vehicle was delivered to the wrong person while I was waiting, I realized I didn't have floor mats when I got it home) but David quickly recovered and he even went the extra mile to deliver the floor mats to my house! I was very impressed with the level of service and friendliness from everyone I encountered. I used my own credit union for financing and didn't have one issue from the finance manager! It was a great experience and we would definitely return for our next purchase or refer our friends and family! More
