Service has always been great, Shane in sales rocks! I have owned multiple Toyotas. All 4 of my Toyota vehicles have used Earnhardt for service. They have always taken wonderful care of me, even thou I have owned multiple Toyotas. All 4 of my Toyota vehicles have used Earnhardt for service. They have always taken wonderful care of me, even though none of those 4 vehicles were purchased at their dealership. Over the years I have experienced wonderful customer service, excellent communication, good deals at times on items like tires (cheaper than Costco & Walmart!) and trust regarding what my vehicles needed. While I have always been a fan of their service department, I was never able to get them to write what I felt was a "good deal" and purchased vehicles elsewhere. Last week, I was considering trading my Honda Odyssey in for a Toyota Sienna - the reason I ended up in the Honda was because I got a much better deal for that purchase. I have always wanted to be back in a Toyota van, and I reached out to Earnhardt. I was fortunate enough to have Shane answer that phone call. I have three children under the age of three - my 3 year old, 10 mo old and a 7 mo old foster child. I explained to Shane what I was looking to accomplish with as little time as possible in the dealership due to the kiddos. Shane took my call seriously ( as another dealer did not!) and jumped into action, securing me a fantastic deal. He never pressured me once. He was friendly, knowledgable and all around awesome. Anyone looking for a vehicle MUST go see Shane!!! I have purchased MANY vehicles in my 25 years of driving history - I have only ever felt compelled to write a review on a salesman one other time. All of those other experiences have been your typical transaction. Shane however went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience, standing out from all of my other transactions. More
