They basically asked me not to get my car washed after they were through with the tire rotation and the oil change because there is a lot of cars in the back where their car wash was. At 2:50 I went up and asked where my car was and how long it was going to take to get it at 3:15 I walked back up and asked where is my car. The service manager came over and handed me the paperwork and told me that my car needed an air filter but he wanted to save me money, I asked why did you not come in and tell me that and I would've had it done.I will never buy or take my car in again to have it serviced by this car company. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I hope I get a survey! Also conversations about age between employees should be done on personal time not when clients are waiting on vehicles that need to get through the service department More
