I came in for my initial One Armor service but was disappointed with the result of the exterior and interior service.I couldve done a better job with the detail work. The exterior was left with water disappointed with the result of the exterior and interior service.I couldve done a better job with the detail work. The exterior was left with water streaks and lint from towels used to dry the vehicles exterior. The interior job on the third row was terrible and It doesnt look like it was even vacuumed or leather seats were treated since they were still left down and folded. Cup holders were still dirty and stains were still visible on fabric and seat belts. This is a service that I paid for but from the initial work I dont believe it was worth it. Hopefully on the follow up appoinment in six months they do a better job and I will leave a better review. More

They were pleasant but my car still is not fixed. I have had it back twice for the same problem with no remedy. They could not fix what they could not hear. I felt that they could have checked all the brake had it back twice for the same problem with no remedy. They could not fix what they could not hear. I felt that they could have checked all the brakes and cleaned them at Toyota's expense but that did not happen. So, I must wait until I hear the same "screeching noise" when I apply my brakes over an extended period of time and only then can I take it back to possibly have it fixed.
