The battery failed in less than three years. Once my Ram Limited reached the dealership the service was excellent. The Saturday check-in was easy. I used the shuttle service to pick-up my 1500 in less than four hours. Thank you Kim & Jeff. The service department also took care of the recall without any discussion with me. The Roadside Service to get my truck to the dealership was somewhat painful and cost $37.50. Once the tow truck arrived it went great. More
I usually go to Earnhardt in Gilbert but my Rubicon was having an overheating issue so I chose to go to Rodeo since it was closer. They were very accomodating get my vehicle in very quickly. Cameron was in constant contact with me expaining the issues and options. I was very grateful for his abilty to thoroughly communicate the different options so I could feel comfortable making an informed decision. The Jeep was prompty repared and returned to me. I was very satisfied with th level of service provided and will continue to bring my Jeep back to Cameron. More
Don’t bother making an appointment for an oil change at this Chrysler dealership! I had an appointment at 11 o’clock this morning and it took 2 1/2 hours to get done for a simple oil change. Needless to sa this Chrysler dealership! I had an appointment at 11 o’clock this morning and it took 2 1/2 hours to get done for a simple oil change. Needless to say they said they’d give me a free car wash, but there was no time so my car came back dirtier than it did going in. Somebody had to use my windshield wipers and left muddy streaks all over my windows on my 2018 Dodge charger. Very disappointed, not sure why they get such great reviews. I’ve had to wait there before but nothing like this. Very frustrated and angry. Nobody even came back to even let me know what was going on because it was taking so long. More

David Drouin is the only person we will work with. He is so easy to work with and we have gotten to know him due to the times we have been there. My husband bought 3 company trucks and I bought mine. He is so easy to work with and we have gotten to know him due to the times we have been there. My husband bought 3 company trucks and I bought mine. We trust him to handle all our needs and he has never let us down.. I do like the dealership as well. They do not greet you at the door and push for a sale. They let us look at what we are interested in then ask them questions. .we have walked out of many dealerships due to the pushy salespeople. We feel right at home at this one. More
