JB was very patient with how indecisive I was being. He never once got pushy and I really appreciated that because I was and still am pretty damaged and stressed from my car accident. He was an overall delight to work with. Most of the team was pretty amazing too I just don't trust anyone in finance. But Ultimately I made up my mind and left with a smile and if it wasn't for JB being such a great guy I probably would have gotten overwhelmed and not purchased my new baby. More
Cameron had me in and out even before the 'promised time'. Very pleased with the work and the fact that all the parts were found to be under warrantee. Will ask for Cameron again next time-- time'. Oil Change on 01/18/24. I was in and out in less than an hour. My Service Adviser - Kiara was fantastic as she kept me informed while I was there. Great Job, all around! It pains me to add a negative review for Earnhardt Queen Creek Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as I've made several purchases there and always received excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience with excellent Creek Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as I've made several purchases there and always received excellent service. Unfortunately, my experience with excellent service ends with the sales department. I scheduled a routine service in December for an oil change and a second conditioning of the ceramic coat finish I purchased with my sale. As usual, the service advisor inspected my vehicle (2023 Ram 1500) and took several pictures. The vehicle was 6 months old and in pristine condition. First off, I was scheduled for an 8:00am appointment; although, the first shuttle trip didn't leave until 9:00am. So I waited in the lounge and wandered around looking at other vehicles on the lot. Around 8:45am, I asked another advisor where the shuttle would pick up and she pointed to a man behind the counter and replied, "he's your driver and will get you from the lounge shortly" Around 9:15 I went back to my advisor and asked what's up with the shuttle and then learned the shuttle had already left. Apparently, he forgot to put my name on the list I waited more than an hour and they just forgot me... Not the end of the world, and certainly not something I would write a review on. I get it, he was busy and made an error. While he and another advisor brainstormed on what to do now, they finally came to the decision the advisor would take me to the rental car place in his own vehicle. Ok, I appreciated the effort. They went out of their way to be nice, mentioning the importance of a 5-star review more than once. At this point, I had no intention of writing a negative review, like I said, it wasn't a huge issue other than a few hours of my time inconvenienced. The real issue began when I returned (right before closing) to pick up my vehicle. As I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed my windshield was broken on the passenger side - about an 18" crack. I immediately returned to the service drive to report the damage. They went right to the pictures trying to find preexisting damage; although, there was evidence to substantiate this notion. The other advisor assisting (the same one who earlier helped brainstorm my missed ride) came out to look at the vehicle and upon examining the windshield, pointed to the crack and said that's a rock strike which caused the windshield to break when it went through the car wash. They made a point of verifying the milage to ascertain the vehicle didn't leave the lot, standing firm that the problem was my fault not the dealer. They went on to ask if I had glass coverage... really?? That's your solution, let my insurance company pay for it? At this point, it was right before closing so I knew this wouldn't be resolved on the spot. I asked to speak with the service manager and was told the manager was not available today. I agree their assessment may be a plausible conclusion; however, it was NOT THE ONLY OPTION. Nonetheless, I reinforced my desire to speak to the manager and was ultimately told they would have the manager call me the next day. Two weeks passed and I never received a call. I finally responded to their automated internal review request, which I did with an approximate summation of what I just wrote here. A few days after sending the review, I had a voicemail from someone named Darrell asking to call him back. The caller didn't identify his title or why he was calling so I didn’t call back. Honestly, I was curious how much effort they would put into reaching me, which I learned was very little. I've worked many years in service-related industries and learned that if someone puts the time and effort into writing a review of this length, I'd better figure out how to resolve their issue. It’s now been more than 30 days so apparently they don't care too much about unhappy customers. Even though this dealership is close to my home, I will go out of my way to have my vehicle serviced or purchase again, at another dealer. They are too big to care. More
